[Council] Saddened - especially Hartzell

By this emtire police thing and decision.  Actually  it frightens me. I have 
seen things that are truly not proper and known they are not correct, and I 
have seen people afraid to say anything, because of little things done and said 
by various police. As a whole, I think they are a good group, and I  have 
always been treated well when I have called and asked questions, even if I have 
asked the wrong people.

But having said this, Mike Bianca is a good person and I was personally glad 
when they chose him.  I do not believe in any group of persons running slip 
shod over other citizens, and we do have this upon occasion. I have been privy 
to it, and others I know.  I believe in calmness, and the ability to diffuse a 
bad situation.  Some times it cannot be done, but I do not believe ever ever 
ever in a policeman going in and shoving people around and this has been done.

The handling of this has not been good.  I had a problem, and was going to 
bring it in to Mike but now will not.  I took it to the  FBI, and the Post 
Office, and would have taken it in to our police station  to protect myself, but 
will not do so now.  I do not have faith and trust in what is going to go on. 

And the secrecy, is correct to protect the person, but the other secrecy is 
not a good thing. If I were Mike Bianca I would not even want to stay in this 
position. Cate Hartzell is completely correct.  THank goodness we have people 
like her.
